Angie I guess your right. I'll try and do just that. Why am I in such a good mood ? Two things. One This is my fri Yahoooo. The other is I have friend That i enjoy talking to. Nights is a good shift to work Angie. I've worked nights most of my life. I really like it. One good thing is less Boss's around. So you can actually get things done. Other thing is its Quite on over nites. The other is when you get off on say Thursday like I do. You have that whole day after you get home! Plus the whole night. Thats why I take a small nap when I get home. Even during the summer months. I come home take a short nap. Then either stay up till its time to go to work. Or take a nap before I go in. Depends on whats going on at work & at home. So Angie what do you do ? During the day. Do you work ? Looks like you have close friends also. I like the new profile pix of you sitting on your beautiful Monte. I couldn't do that. I would be scared to scratch the Paint. Rick

 

Afternoon, MCF'ers.

I haven't been online in a while. Busy busy busy at work lately. Even had me on the road for most of the past week and a half.

Dustin - bummer about the tire... and leaving the trans in 'Drive'. Glad nothing bad happened. Ever find the leak? My wife ran over a nice big nail recently in our Monte. Luckily it was dead center in the tread so it took a plug nicely.

Space - If you have a line to Santa, please tell him I need heated grips for my bike. It's often COLD on the ride to work now and I still don't have heated grips. I have to buy a new battery for the bike before anything else. I've known for a while now that the battery was on it's last leg. Now it won't start in the morning if the temp is below about 45. It was 38 this morning; it wouldn't start. It made a funny noise - I think it was laughing at me...

And your pic of the Citation brings back memories. A buddy in college had one. I can't remember the last time I saw one on the road.

No work for me tomorrow. Our company gives us Veteran's Day off.

Hi Dave, it's 2 cold when your bike laughs at you ...I wish I had a connection with Santa He must think that I am not deserving, because he has never found my PalmXmasTree : ) I can't remember ever seeing a Citation on the road, but now I know what they are & I'll be looking.

Great that you have Veterans Day `off. I pray that our country takes good care & respect all Vet's. My grandfather & several of his friends are Vet's.

I just knew SOMEBODY would have to comment on the possibility of scratching that beautiful white paint!!!! Those are the oldest, softest jeans I own and there are no pocket seams or buttons or metal thingys on the rear end of them. And also, I'll never do that again - unless I find a cuter outfit and want to have my picture taken for this Forum.

 

Space, I like what you did with my avatar picture. Is it possible to make one with me sitting on that red Chevelle of Rick's? Then he'd REALLY have to worry about scratching the paint!

 

evening everyone, got some birthday money and its time for a new muffler on the monte. Gotta let that 3.1 roar! I believe i read that a flowmaster 40 series was the best for the 3.1. Hopefully i'll have a few videos up of a before and after. I'm in the mood for some classic rock, time to sit here and rock out. Billy Squier, Billy Idol, Def Leppard, motley crue, tom petty etc...etc...:p

Evening all. First post in a couple of weeks with my mac. Looks like a bad HDD cable was causing my problems as I am running off a usb connection with my old hdd right now. Hopefully the new cable I ordered fixes it.
