Hey folks!
I had a great day with my Monte and my family! Its great when both come together like this!
I spent the morning washing and upgrading the car with its new roof rails! Then I spent time photoing with the family. We all have lots of #8 gear. I got some wicked cool shots, but my wife was pissed about her hair so she's off to get her hair done now and I get to babysit (when the man cares for the baby its called babysit). drove back to nebraska from Michigan, along the way i meet a silver 6th gen.
Cruising at 73 he/she came up on me and romped on the peddle. I checked fuel guage, 1/8 of a tank left. WTF lets play. I jump up right behind him as we wait for a semi truck to get out of the passing lane. the truck starts over and he dips to the left to get around and get a jump on the pass. but not 3 in off his bumper is Jill and me waiting to get clear of the truck.
*Note* high flow cat and K&N air filter = 80-110mph increase of 3/4 of a car length acceleration
so yes in the time i got to 110 and shifted to 4th i had 3/4 a car after crawling up form his bumper. really sure his car was stock, and after this my low fuel light cam on
was a good time, it killed 1min of my 12 hour drive

Ryan it seems your principle is taking it a little far. I am sure ours would to.

Glad to hear your feeling a little better Todd! Hope some rest think weekend puts you back to normal!
Did I miss something on here? I have not seen much of Space the last few days...normally he is around in the mornings a bit while im on.
