Good Morning All,

Beautiful day. Cool, sunny ride to the office. Cold front came through yesterday bring lots of rain. But now we get a couple days of cool nights, warm days, and sunshine. Nice!

Mike - Love the pic of the Yugo! I wonder how many are still on the road. I've read the only place they're still seen in any numbers is Serbia. Eastern Block engineering at it's finest.

Nothing too much going on here today.

I got my motor and trans mounts yesterday and also got my DrColorChip kit, I'll hopefully be working with those this weekend, but I probably won't get to the mounts lol

No problem at all with it yesterday...fired right up with a turn of the key every time. I ran it by my friend and he said he's heard of it happening before, but being an intermittent problem no definitive cause or cure has been found. There were no pending codes so his 'best guess' is a hiccup in the passlock system. Hopefully my car doesn't get another case of the hiccups any time soon...

If you can, post your thoughts/opinion and maybe some before/after pics when you use that kit. I have a couple small chips I want to fix and have been considering the Dr. ColorChip but the only examples I've seen are on TV and their web site...and I'm sure those have been 'doctored' for best results.

Well... you know me, there will be plenty of pics and videos haha

Look at this picture, it's an actual customer's pic from a website, the kit is designed to fill the hole with color, not fill the whole chip itself. Some people get confused here and think it will fill the whole thing, leaving it like new.

Morning all. The Monte needed control arm bushings and sway bar end links. Plus they did a 4 wheel alignment, even the rear end was out of spec. Total was $220.36. I'm satisfied with that price. It goes back next week to have the a/c repaired. I bet that costs $500+, but oh well, I have to have it.
