Good morning everyone. I work tonight but only till 8. Should be an easy day since I am working the car wash. Have a great Thursday and glad Saturday is almost here.

Well I am feeling much better today. I got all my energy back about 6pm last night so what did I do???? I waxed the monte. I took it to my mechanic yesterday and looks like Im going to need a new radiator im taking it back there today after work for it to be tested. This morning I was sitting at a redlight and my coolant almost redlined and then I start driving and it went back down to 50% on my guage

Hey I think there's still time to get in on the photo contest. We only have 3 pics right now. The theme is gas stations. I really like this contest we need more participants though.

 

Good afternoon gang!

Attached is a pic of the couple we worked for the last two days. We rebuilt there laundry room, new floors, ceiling, and paint. We also built a wheelchair ramp for them. The man in the pic, Riley, is a WWII survivor. He has one arm, no voice, and is fighting his second bout with cancer. He still smiles. The lady had polio as a child and can barely get around herself but manages to get Riley to the hospital. Strong people who it seems the rest of the world has forgotten.

Today we fixed another elderly ladies gutters, steps, and built her a hand rail. She was very grateful.

We are heading home tomorrow. I am looking forward to that!

so I was taking the monte to the mechanic today on my lunch as the coolant was still running hot and less than a mile away it redlined so I had call a tow truck. It should be done today if not then tomorrow for sure. Good thing tomorrow is payday nothing I like doing more than spending my pay check to be able to drive my car to work haha. Its part of the game of being a car owner. I love my car my finacee loves my car my son loves my car and my daughter she REALLY loves the car. She is 6 and wil be in her car see saying "daddy make it go fast" I think she will have her firs speeding ticket withing 6 months of her driving at the rate Im showing her haha.

 

Thanks Barbara! Sadly, they do not have a flagpole. Sadly, they would be unable to maintain one. They are very feeble and weak. But that is very nice of you to offer!
