Morning all, just got home, amy woke up about 4am and couldn't fall back asleep she woke me n jack up and we went to perkins for breakfast, it has been probably a good year since we have done that it was a nice treat, well off to finish getting ready for work and the goto work, i'll see all of you later

the wife, work clothes, and cute little lap dog is not gonna help my "street cred" with the young guns on here.
No major plans, the budget didn't allow for getting all the parts and such for the much needed intake gasket change (and timing chain based on advice). So I'll probably just jack her up and mess with the exhaust and rummage around continuing to get familiar with every nut and bolt. I've got a '06 fusion that needs an oil change and '05 Expedition that needs some attention (it starts getting temperamental if I spend too much time on my cars - seriously, it does).
Reference the exhaust, the tips are not even and a bunch of the hangers are not long enough or broken, so I'm gonna try my hand at getting it all balanced out. fortunately, it's just clamped together (future plan to have it welded, but lower on list) so i should be able to play a bit.

afternoon all I'll be spending my weekend as Mc for our citys fireworks festival. We have a three day festival with concerts all evening and fireworks at dark every night. It draws thousands to our town and is one of the best displays in Michigan.

Where in MI? My family and I will be all over MI next week visiting friends & relatives. We'll probably be in the Shelby Township area for the 4th.

Dave, again it was good meeting you. I always enjoy meeting with other enthusiasts who at least have an understanding for odd love of these cars.
Im just trying to find a good sight seeing place around here... just stopped and took a couple of pictures of eleanor at the university of huntsville campus...
