Had a irate customer call the store 5 minutes before we close..wanted me to swap out a oil filter that my co-workers in another store gave him. What they told me was that he just pulled it off the shelf and bought it 'thinking' it is it.
I told him no, because it was going to take him more than 20 minutes to get to the store

So...in the end of the really short call he decided to scream "FINE I'M CALLING CORPORATE ON BOTH YOUR STORES! WHAT UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE! F* YOU B*"
So...I hung up on him.

what my co-worker said:
"I know the customer your talking about. He didnt know what year or make his car was. We told him to either bring the car here, bring in an insurance or regi, or take a picture of it, and we will get him the right stuff. Nasty person ran to oil filter wall, grabbed 1 randomly off shelf, saying it looks like this one, and bitched to the counter that we couldnt help him. he bought the filter and left."
I'd hate to see how destroyed this car is too... xD

 

evening all, nice hat jen and people can be terrible. The customer isn't always right... in fact most of the time they're not right lol. I swear some people go to a store just to have a bad time and make a scene.

 

Yeah thats why i dont like working for business that involve working with the public lol

 

I sometimes wonder if they can even understand what they are doing when they yell at us...We are people too ya know. I'd hate to see how you act around the house with that temper tantrum.

 

That reminds me of when our store closes early on a holiday, people flip. It's like they expect us to be open forever, no, we have family to go home to as well.

 

Evening all! Bought a fire extinguisher for the Mustang (for $10 at Home Depot) so I can participate in national shows. The Montes fire extinguisher was so much easier to install because I can comfortably fit in the trunk - not so with the stang LOL!
