Good morning everyone!!
The SPC has issued a Tornado probability this Saturday for some southern states. this could be a big outbreak!
Here's a map showing the areas at risk:
People think that December Tornadoes don't happen, but they do. Here is a chart month to month of Alabama tornadoes (got this from a Alabama storm chaser) It's not rare to get em.
Here is current radar, you can see the storm system dropping some snow in the Rockies, This will being very very warm air with it This weekend as it picks up moisture from the Gulf of Mexico. Temps even into the 50's for the northern states this weekend! depending on what side of the front you will be on

Morning guys, officially off work until January 2.
Currently 20 °F and trending upward to a high of 37 °F today. Highs next four days: Thu 37 °F, Fri 37 °F, Sat 33 °F, Sun 44 °F.
Kind of disappointed that it's warming up just in time for this huge storm moving through so we'll be receiving mostly rain/ice out of it and not snow. Not to mention how much of the snow on the ground is going to melt due to being above freezing the next 4 days? Then temps cool back down into the 20's after the storm has moved through.
Current warnings; freezing rain advisory (blue) and winter weather advisory (white).

hey everyone! figured i'd check in while I had the chance, my 'puter crashed over a week ago so I've had no way to log on! finally got to steal my mothers laptop for a few to check in.... anyway I'm hoping to be back online after Christmas
