I have a '04 Trek mountain bike with some street tires. Its a great all purpose bike. I rode 16 miles today, been trying to take advantage of the weather because summer in the Midwest goes by fasssstttt

good evening everyone!!! I just got back from work and a quick 2 mile run...I'm starting to finally get back into it since my foot injury! Averaging in at 12 minutes per mile. Not a bad start off from my last time, 9.35 minutes 3 & 1/2 years ago.

Oh, also on the good side since I've started to eat healthier and walk/jog I've lost 10 lbs! Went from 165 to 153 in 2 months!
