The price is horribly high, and it's still just a cavalier, but this looks like it would be a fun driver...

" I do not need to sell this car "

"I do not need to buy your car"

LoL Mod `Mike, it does look like it would be a fun ride, but I think the price is to high for a fun `ride...I wish he would have posted some drag times or more infor on the build.
Thanks for posting/sharing...It shows what someone can do to a ride `if they have the talent & $'s...

Thanks Space,

Since now my puter is downstairs in the basement Wifey and I feel bad leaving mom upstairs alone to watch TV so my funtime cumputer time is precious and limited. I now watch price is right, jepordy and wheel of fortune with mom (Oh boy )
Hope soon life will return to normal once mom gets the hang of her move.

Hi `Tadd,
I know that the adjustments have to be difficult, but you are doing it for the one that gave you life. EnJoy every second of the time that you have 2gether. We do give `up for those we love & we all never know when they or us will depart...There are no guarantees 4-Sure. No Regrets is so much better then regrets or saying later "I wish I would've, should've, could have". I think it's so much better to say "I did everything I could for the ones I love in life." I wish you patience/grace & fortitude. `Amen + Good Luck

I just finished by double night shift & I must rest & recharge.
Wish you & Member's a Super Thursday & please help those in need when you can - `if you can ? Peace/Out from`Space

[QUOTE=77gp;491006]Good Morning all. Wife was madder than heck yesterday over not being able to drive a stick. She assumed she could just get in and go without any knowledge what so ever. Finally got home and took her a ride and explained it. Before she knew it, she was cruising the neighborhood. She felt much better. It will still take her a while but she will get it. Man I remember those days. I had my 68 fairlane 428 4 spd. Trying to teach Carmen how to drive it. 1st in a parking lot. Then at a local park near her Mom's house. Then When I thought she could handle it. On Telegraph Rd. It was a fri nite back in the day. When Telegraph & Woodward were the HOT spots to cruise. She wanted to drive it. Now picture this. It's an all Black fairlane Huge pro stck scoop on the hood. WARLORD Painted across my doors and rear fenders. & some big *** slicks. Now if that doesn't say lets RACE So we pull up to a light after making most of them. And a 442 olds pulls up next to us and guns his engine! I tell her just nail it in 1st and if you can't shift it. Pull over to the curb. I'll tell you when to step on it. light turns amber for the other way traffic I tell raise the rmp's and hit it. Damn she does it just right thru 1st & second then pulls off to the curb. Shaking like she stole the damn thing. I laugh and hug her. She get in on the passenger side and I;m laughing. That was it for her drag racing career. BUT!! She beat him thru both gears I went looking for him after that. But never found him. But it was a fun night. That was back in the day! We don't do that crap on the streets any more. Well I don't.
