Since 'Space is all inclusive then 'all' must include 'Space. 
I wake up around 3:30/4:00 every day - no alarm clock required. I used to work a 6-2 shift several years ago and ever since then my body has been on that schedule. Old habits are hard to break I guess.

I also don't require much sleep (about 4-5 hrs a day)...My grandfather said that I've never slept much & he took me to the doc's when I was a baby & was told to get checked every year...It hasn't changed & my doc tells me I'm `OK & in good health... (I'm very thankful 4-Real) My grandfather really thought I fell from `space & was to active 2 be a human (lol) 4-really-Sure!!!
Yes, old habit's & new habits are hard to break 4-Sure...I just think we all will get plenty of `sleep when we depart to another level of our spiritual journey...Until then, we can get a lot more from each new day that we are given 4-Sure...OK, time for a `nap >
