"Thumpin" Dude what were thae city planners thinkin
It's apparent the city planners were arroused at the idea of "stimulis" money when they okayed the decrative rails on thier brand new bridge...didn't consider the mid morn sun.. tuff tuddy since this is a seventy year bridge... any one up to walk the college ave bridge in Appleton Wisconsin? THUMPER? 
What would really set this off and make it perfect is if this is a north/south facing bridge so they get the sunsetting affect as well....a rommantic evening stroll accross the bridge of xxxxoooo to set the mood.

mabe it was a miscommunication between the planner & contractor. like if they were on the phone, & the planner called someone in the backround a *%^@!-head. and the contractor figured that's what the planner wanted it to look like
