Default Terminology question
So I have a question that is probably retarted but I've heard several users on the form use this term and i have no idea what it means. Anyone that knows what IMO means, can you help me out and explain to me what it means. I've jus seen numerous people use this term and its killing me to not know what i means. Can someone help me out with this...lol

When I first seen it, I had 2 look it `up in
