that is messed up and i'm really hard to hear that happened to you especially around the holiday season. hopefully you'll be able to get a job elsewhere. i saw on yahoo not that long ago that huge companies like best buy and macy's are hiring during the holiday season bcuz i was thinking about getting a second job but with school and everything i think i would overdo it but i would look into places like that for sure.

It sucks, but it could be worse.

You weren't in an accident, you still have the ability to work...

Prove him wrong find a better position that you enjoy more. Hell if a bird wasn't thrown out of the nest most would never fly.

Spread your wings and never look back!

It's a tough world out there! Sorry to hear you lost your job, but don't let that stop you. Get back on the horse and don't despair. Right now there are plenty of jobs that will hire you 'cause of the holidays, and later you can look for the job you really want. I'm looking for a job myself and can't seem to find one that's tailor to my disabilities but I keep looking. Stay strong, bro!

It sucks you lost your job. Brittany is right there are big box stores like best buy hiring depending on where you live. At least you don't have to work for a jerk like that any more. Stay positive and come here often to vent when you are angry and frustrated. What kind of job were you doing and what skills do you have?

It definitely sux. Not much you can do about it now.
Not criticizing, but I am wondering why the cops were there? It appears that maybe you have a temper, or there has been confrontation between the mgr and you before? An "at will employment" position is just that, and they really don't have to give a reason why they let you go.
I was terminated not long ago. He gave me a letter of reference, but then told the unemployment office that I was fired. I ended up getting unemployment, but it took a month.
I'm interested in hearing what they tell the state WHY you were fired. They WILL have to give a reason.
I hope you can find something SOON!
