Quick update. The rough plumbing, wiring, and framing is done if I pass the inspection tomorrow, then insulation and sheet rock is next. woo hoo.

Nice work. I had a blast building our garage with my dad up until the point you are at now. I hated the insulation. Hanging the drywall was ok but then the spackle and sanding was a pain. Good winter project tho.

good news for me is the insulation company is installing it for $700.00 less then I can buy it for. I am also going to have someone do the drywall and tape and texture.

It's great when you can find labor for less than you can do it yourself. Project is coming along great. Wait and see how much different it looks with just the insulation in. It will really start looking like a house.

That looks great, so they put house wrap under the plywood too?

It is just studs and siding, that is why you see the house wrap.
