Space, I am just learning as I go and I have good friends who know how to do this and they are teaching me a lot as we go. It really is not that hard.

Here are the new pictures. The floor is on now and we will start building walls friday.

The Floor is all done.

EXTRA! EXTRA! We had a great and productive day. All four walls are up and windows and doors are in. We worked from 7-6:30 and I am beat.

Getting the walls built and standing them up. Thanks to my great friends and family.

Me in the grey

I am exhausted now. On a side note we have a quail who laid 15 eggs and she was sitting on them watching us work. I will try to get a pic tomorrow.

Evening all. Got over to the house today to do a little building. I have enough money to get the shell up and most of the interior, but will just pray something comes through to help me afford to finish it. If I can get it finished I may be able to refinance it to a lower rate and a 30 year loan instead of the 20 it is currently on. Spent a couple of days with my Grandpa so it was nice to do some work today. Hopefully he will feel strong enough monday to come see the house progress.

Thanks once again to my buddy and step dad. We worked all day and got the trusses up and anchored. Going to work again tomorrow.

First truss up was the gable and that thing was a pain.

All the trusses are set. Tomorrow we will do the trim and bird blocks and then sheet the roof. In a couple of weeks I will put the comp roof on and the the outside will be done other then paint.

Todd, it's really starting to look like something! I showed these to LadyT and she admired your scenic view. We are looking to move to a more convenient location. Convenient = cornfield county. Flat.
