There is a turn right there at the Hospital that says 15 MPH thats how tight the turn is goes from 40 to 15. He must have been flying when he hit the curb.

I looked at the picture gallery... that's the bus stop right in front of Ochsner hospital! My wife, my son, and I lived at that hospital for 3 weeks while my son had a funky sinus issue. You're right, he had to be flying. I figured a ramp or elevated street was involved, but that is all flat there so it was all momentum that put him up there and that's at least 12ft to the roof or better?!!

Wasn't there another story like this involving a G8 that was going like 120mph and landed on the roof of a building? It's terrible, but at the same time you realize how fast and irresponsible the driver could have been.
