[quote=KidSpace;375193]Hi Angie, Great to see your post on our `Blog. Sound like you & Rick should get 2gether & cruise to your favorite Pizza Place ~> Oh, did you find any other Monte's on your `journey ? If so, let them know about the MCF..
==================================
'Space - no I didn't find any other Montes I'm sorry to say. But if I did I'd hand them (or their driver) a business card from the MCForum so they could discover this great place we have. WHAT??? There aren't any cards for us to order???!!! As the kids would say --- WTF???

Good Morning all. I was busy all day yesterday wrking on rental house and finally said enough and came home. Washed and waxed the Monte, got her all cleaned up and getting ready to go sweep it out. My sweeper is over at the other house. My project for the day is to get my Monte of the Month pictures. Sucks that all my pics are low resolution. So basically starting over. I am mad that I have waited this long to do it. Now that car is sparkling clean, the sun is no where to be seen. Hopefully it will pop out. Might post a few later to see what you all think. Have a great day. Waiting on the Nascar race to come on. Thats my ME time.

Morning all. Tomorrow I take the wife to the hospital for her FINAL week of chemotherapy. We've almost made it through the entire ordeal.
Some of you may remember me mentioning my Ford Explorer with no heat. I got it back yesterday. It only cost $275 and they had to remove the ENTIRE dash, console, etc. Online estimates at a "real" garage or a dealer ranged from $500-$1000, so I was alright with that. It has to go back though, as the temperature now cannot be adjusted down. It's full hot all the time, even if you turn the dial to full cold. Oh, the irony.

I probably will. It's definitely a lemon.
Oh yeah, I forgot to mention I got my Monte back too. New pads and rotors on the front (much better!) and a new fuel filter. Hopefully the fuel mileage will improve. I checked the service records that came with the car and the fuel filter was replaced at least twice before in 80,000 total miles. It could have been changed more often I suppose, but some people never change them at all. Also hopefully next time I can do the brakes myself again. I should put a new air filter in too. I'm having all this work done only to park her when the snow flies.:p At least she'll be ready for next year.

afternoon everybody. Just waiting for the Lions game and the NASCAR race to start. The house is empty today which is weird for a Sunday but at least it's quiet. It's warm outside again today and I should be finishing up the yard work for the fall but I'll just watch football instead.lol

Checking in now that my computer is kinda working. I am so frustrated right now, I have 2 pc's running half-azz and I have no clue what is going on? I did a total scan lastnight into this morning and thought everything was OK, but nope! I'm still having issues.....
