In TN, the Amateur Radio plate is actually an emergency plate. They do that in TN because many ham operators are members of emergency response organizations like ARES.

Kinda annoying that Oklahoma has a plate for Combat Infantry Badge holders but not for the Combat Action Badge though. But that's usually how it is though, Infantry gets all the glory while the others who see just as much combat don't get as much recognition.
