Morning all, spent most of yesterday on the lake at a friends cabin, light off a ton of fire works, had a great time, I don't have anything planned for today

Back from the show. I was in the 1990 and newer group, about 10 of us. I did get in the top 5 and got a trophy

Amazing thing was a 2010 Stock Purple and white Challenger did not. I was pleased to just beat him One of the judges was a female and I heard her comment how wel she liked my car. Glad to win. Thats two for two with her. Placed tenth last year in a show around here with about 50 or more cars.

 

afternoon everyone, just figured i'd check in. not a whole lot going on right now, just a nice lazy sunday. i think i'll go play Xbox, havin't done that for a few months, lol.

Just got done watching my Pittsburgh Pirates beat the crap out of the San Fran Giants to conclude the first half of the season before the All Star break in Kansas City.....

It's been a long time since my Pirates were 11 games over .500 at this point in the year, I just hope they can keep it going into October......

 

WOW! Its now 5:15 pm and I'm just now getting on here. . Sorry we had to get the house ready for some company this morning. And old friend & his lovely wife came over around 10 pm. We got to talking and time just flew by. He's a Car guy also. He's had 6 Chevelle's to date. Just bought some parts off of me. He now owns a 71 Chevelle convert. Then out to lunch with them and a few others. Had a great time. Now its getting late in the afternoon and were going to see our grand kids. BUSY day it has bee. I didn;t even have time to read the blog this morning. So sorry if I missed out on a few things. HAPPY BIRTHDAY ANGIE sORRY I'M SO LATE

 

afternoon all, still 92 here. Finally got a night off, was my first week back after vacation and i feel like i need another But tonight is all about doing nothing and relaxing Happy birthday angie

 

Yeah we are really lucky to have such a great festival right here. Still people complain about the problems it brings.
