good morning everyone. Going to pop the question to my store manager today if I can transfer...He's not going to like it.. I feel like I need a change..

My previous store manager(who does one hell of a job) is looking for a full time manager and he's all for me transferring. I'm moving in 2 months right around the corner from this store so I don't really need to drive(can ride a bike or walk its so close) And if I don't see the wife getting a job soon, I need to save as much money as possible..

I'm tired of being the one that is holding the store together...Tired of no one listening to anything. So, I'd rather get my but out of there and not get in trouble for it than stay there and risk it.
Its a little farther now, but I can deal with it for 2 months.

Jen: Let him know that its closer for work and your wife isn't working. So you need to change to save money. Don't let him think your leaving for a better store! Got to make him feel good. Tell him you hate to leave him. But its for the better for you and your wife. this way (Just tell him this) That you could ride your bike to work and save gas $$. HOPE it works out for you
