Gregg, have you and Susan ever been to a Catholic church? I converted 30 years ago and one of the main drawing points for me was the availability of Mass. If you can't go on Sunday mornings, there's a Sat. 5 p.m. Mass which has the same sermon and Bible readings as Sunday. There's a short Mass 3 times a day every weekday, and on Tuesdays there's a 5:30 p.m. Mass. Here in St Louis, I found a Benedictine Monastery that has Mass for the public 4 days a week at 5:30 p.m. The monks leading the services and chanting the responses make it very special and reverent. Now don't think I'm trying to convert you - I just wanted to let everybody know how open for business my church is. (Here's a picture of the monk's church where I go sometimes - it's a round building, very beautiful inside.)
It isn't hard to do but be prepared to spend some bucks on a good 4.5 and up psi air compressor, a sand blasting cabinet big enough to accommodate the parts you intend to powder coat(in my case: rims, heads, block, etc) and a good powder coating gun (I got one from Caswell.inc for 149.00 which usually sells for 230.00) with variable voltage to help reduce faraday cage. The powders aren't terribly expensive but there are some that can be pricey like the candies, translucent and extra shine clears. You also need safety equipment like mask, gloves (I use welding gloves) for hot stuff and for handling parts after PCing, a booth (which you can make) to help save the powder that doesn't stick, etc. It's a lot of fun and already making me money. I'm not looking to get rich out of this since I'm very limited, health-wise, about the things I can do but it's an excellent income resource. Everybody wants something powder coated since it lasts a hell of a lot longer than paint.
Thanks Lou! Once I do the heads and the block I'll start putting the engine together. I have to redo the transmission finish first but it won't be long.
I havent bought a nascar game since maybe the 2007 version or so on PS2
And the Ravens in the end put the game away, even though they couldn't do anything offensively in the second half. Defense was really good though. Ed Reed must have a real high pain tolerance. He's limped off the field a ton of times and still keeps coming back.
