Good Morning. I remember when I worked for G.M. In Michigan. Early in the morning 7 am we'd be having coffee in the break room and watching the news. And them telling us about all the roll overs on 275. Which was about a mile from the plant. Glad they don't get that weather down here in Phoenix. It would be worst then those pictures. . Traffic at this time of the yr down here is bad enough. It seems everyone is in a hurry here also. And their mostly RETIRED ! Where are they going in such a damn hurry

I too watched the Nascar race. At least I can tell the Chevy's from the Fords now. I like all the new cars. They look good. I think Tony has a damn good car this yr. JR didn't impress me one bit. And he's my favorite driver. But it seems he always in 6th of 10th place lately . I won't give up on him. But he needs something! And I'm not sure what. He has shown that he can drive. So I don't know what the problem is !!! I told my wife DO NOT make plans for next Sunday. I'll be in front of the TV most of the day. She just shook her head . ok time to hit the shower and wake up. That's definitely true Devin. Some do drive way too fast for, and disregard, the conditions. This was a little bit different though. Like the wrecks that happened last month in Michigan, scattered snow squalls made conditions turn from okay to whiteout in seconds and the roads can quickly turn very slick in an instant. That's not realized until it's too late. So, I do agree with you but IMO I don't think that's one-hundred percent to blame for these wrecks.

I watched the last five laps of the Unlimited on YouTube afterward and I have to say that was some very nice blocking by Harvick on the backstretch, through turns 3-4. I'm very happy I'll be home to see the Daytona 500, in HD!

 

Afternoon all. Just spending my day reformatting our desk top computer. I hope it starts going better. Half of the product key got ripped off the tower so i had to find a different copy to use. If the rest of this goes smoothly I may tackle the laptop tonight too.

Evening all, cold and windy as heck here today. Did a fuel economy calculation on my last tank on the 04 and got 15.5mpg wtf Wheres the 30mpg other L67 drivers were talking about?

 

Wow, yeah I was getting 24 mpg easy with my 03 SS and could push 27 mpg once and a while. 15 mpg doesn't seem right.
