162k on a monte is nothing, I've seen 04s with that mileage go for twice as much.

 

That drivers door does look odd in that picture. KBB rates it about $6k with that many miles in "good" conditions. Maybe it is just a really good deal, i thought my car would have problems but it was just someone needing to get rid of the car. I do like that color though
