i think it wants you to save it cort, lol. when you make your roadtrip out you should just rent yourself a truck & trailer, its only an hour north of philly

 

Those cars are dying a slow and painful death. I'd say pull all the salvageable parts off them. Then send the rest to the crusher.

 

that is their fate lou. sadly, the state of NJ recently told the owners of the yard that the yard needs to be cleared out within 5 years. its over 50 acres at least, and they really have their work cut out for them. they've been busey clearing another section of the yard, but the rest is soon to follow. it makes me very sad, i've been going to that yard scince i was about 6 years old, and now it gets destroyed because a select few people think the world is better off without it.

another friend who owns a scrap yard in NJ was joking with us last weekend about the signs NJ ought to post on the roads into & out of the state...

heading in: " welcome to NJ - now wipe that smile off your face!"

and leaving: " will the last NJ taxpayer please turn off the lights"...

 

Ugh! Those boneyard pics wanna make me cry! Woulda been a good retirement fund. Poor ol babies!
