Looking good!
I am surprised at how many Monte owners (or ex-Monte owners) are over on a certain Camaro forum. (not sure if I am allowed to mention the name here.)

Amy, I agree that the auto felt slow. You figure the added weight, drivetrain loss, and only 1-wheel powering the car... it's quite a huge difference.

I was quite happy with the way the 1LS drove (obviously) because I left with it haha
Good to have if your car has a clear bra, or any of those clear plastic sheet anywhere around the body, i know they are getting more and more commmon

I opted not to get the clear bra. But I am going to look into that Opti-coating. Maybe not for the WHOLE car, but the usual rock chip spots. Rockers, bumpers, hood.

Although I have to be VERY careful around my stripes.

Nice pics. Thanks for posting them Mike.

Almost makes me want to trade in my Monte for a Camaro. They got a lot more power out of the V6's than what we have in our 3800's.

The purple 98 was sold last Wednesday to a guy from one of my Camaro forums. Took that money and added it to my savings toward the down payment
