Hey MCF!

I still feel like crap. But there's currently a 2012 Camaro ZL1 proto-type on the auction block at the Barrett-Jackson auction on Speed Channel. "Carbon Flash Metallic" color. So my mood just improved a lot. Forget buying a house, I want that Camaro for Christmas!

I haven't felt good the last few days at all. But I miss the MCF family too much.

I was feeling a bit better yesterday. So I went out and got the rusted out resonator cut off the Monte. The rest of the system looked like new, so I just had a straight pipe welded in to replace the rotten resonator. The exhaust now sounds a bit louder and throaty-er. So I drove around the rest of the day with the windows down listening to it.

Camaro just sold for $250,000 to Rick Hendrick.

Anyway, driving around a cold rainy day with the windows down wasn't smart. Sure was fun though. I woke up this morning feeling worse than I did before.

I won't give you the long drawn out post I gave the staff in the Staff Lounge. This post is long enough already.

Edit: Oh yeah. I woke up this morning to find a bunch of drunken idiots had busted the side mirror off of a neighbor's car, and whipped it against my Monte's trunk lid. Got a tiny dent and a few scratches above the "Monte Carlo" badge on the trunk. But it's very minor damage luckily. I feel bad for my neighbor though. Her mirror assembly is completely smashed and will have to be replaced. Looks like the idiots continued to pick it up and repeatedly smash it on the ground behind my Monte.

 

Lou, I hope you feel better soon man, I hate being down with a cold... Also, thanks for the MCF decals, I got them today....

Been watching the Oklahoma game this evening. OU looked sloppy to start out with but they're running away with it now. A little over 2 minutes to go and they're up 38-21. Boomer Sooner!!!

I just got an e-mail from the guy I bought the Dale Sr set off of and he said he will send me an Action COT of Dale Sr free of charge to make things right. Pretty cool of him to do that!......

The CAI sounds similar to my K&N. With my Throttle body spacer and that CAI it sounds pretty good . I am really liking how well it works tho. usually never see temps more than 10 degrees over outside temps when moving
