Hi `Mike, I hope the rains helps in putting out the
many fires in the west...I've seen them on the national
news & I know how threatening & devastating that they
can `be. Here in Florida we are just entering our dry
season & I hope that we don't get the major fires around
the state that we've had in our past.

Sippin coffee on the back porch. Getting ready to head to school to help build theater set pieces. Luckily this production has a pretty simple set; we might finish today (except maybe for some painting).

Mike - I'm jealous about the orchard / cider. I love getting fresh cider (accompanied by fresh donuts if possible) this time of year. I don't know of any orchards close by here.

Devin - Nice sunrise pics! Thanks for sharing.

Space - Great pic of the sun over the ocean... With beautiful foreground scenery as well.

If I have time today, I need to change the oil on one of my old cars. Probably not possible with the theater work though. And tomorrow I'm hoping to head down to the Barber Motorsports Park to catch the last part of Vintage Motorcycle Festival. I'm missing the best of it today, but would still like to see some of the races. I can also check out their awesome motorcycle museum as well.

It will be like driving a new car when the warm/good weather returns...
