Good Morning . Got woken up by Thunder & lighting coming out of our ceiling this morning around 6:30. Scared the crap out of me and Ozzie.I think my wife just rolled over and went back to sleep. But man its raining its a** off here in Minn this morning! No car shows or anything else going on around here today! . 1st time in over a yr.I had to take the Monte out yesterday and got caught in rain! Car has been clean since mid Dec. Until yesterday coming back from food shopping. I hope you MICHIGAN members have a great time today & take plenty of close ups. OK coffee time...........

 

Good morning all! Couldn't sleep so I got up a 6:30am and spent 2 hours cleaning the Stang for today's car show. I will probably spend another hour cleaning the engine compartment before I go to the show and then more cleaning when I get to the show.

 

I just pulled one off on my 10 yr old grandson. He sat in the back of the Monte on the way to the store. I asked him. Hey Shane...Roll down the back window for me. He's back there looking around ! His head is turning around and back again . He said I can't grandpa. I said Shane just roll it down and stop play with me. He never says a word ! I asked him if he's going to do it or not? He says......Do you have instructions on it ? . Then says your going to half to show me how. . When we get home he looks under the front seat for it. He then says your out of luck grandpa . I thought my wife was going to hit me Love that kid.

Lol thanks for reminding me Keane. I need to grab one before I go out drinking. Not that I'll win, but I have a 100% chance of not winning if I don't buy one LOL.

So I didn't end up getting ANYTHING done today. Got home late as hell, couldn't get to sleep, and woke up at 430pm. I haven't slept that late in forever, but I also feel like the workhorse that's worked into the dirt. Couldn't get out in time to get to the salvage yard to get a new grille for the truck. I want the 94-98 style grille but I guess I'll have to wait till Monday unless the pick in pull in La Vergne has it. Just thought of that. I think I have just enough time before sunset to get it done.
