morning all. looks like rain today, hopefully it will clear up before my sons game at 1:30.

 

class is boring..... Been scouring ebay for anything stick shift. Somethin to keep me busy

 

Mornin guys. I'm late checking in but I was up at a decent time (0530) and went to breakfast and to buy car parts as soon as I got up. Got the fuel line on the Camaro replaced, next up is the ignition system but it'll have to wait till next week since rain is on its way in. Big thanks for my friends at O'Reilly Auto Parts for helping me navigate the mess the previous owner created with the fuel system.

 

Just an update half way through the day, we got the alero back today, we got all the damage fixed and painted. It doesn't look perfect because goldsmith a hard color to match but it does look a lot better.

Other than that its been a rough day with family issues and stuff, hopefully it turns around.. I can't stand when 2 hours ruins a week.

Space it was an english class, professor was ramblin on about who knows what. I dont think it matters that i was web surfing, i couldn't be the only one. Ever since i brought up the idea of another car, its been non stop arguments here between me and my dad and with my mom. She has turned in to a dictator telling us where to park and a bunch of other nonsense. Not sure if im gonna continue with this whole car idea, can only do so much arguing before you get to a point and say f*** it... Horizon has been move to down in the yard, still leaking gas, its in the grass sitting on top of a tarp. No idea what im gonna do with that either.

To me you are a very fortunate person to have both caring parents, a nice home in a beautiful part of the USA + two cars already. I don't know who my father is & my mother dropped me off with my grandfather when I was a few weeks old & said she was going to the store for supplies...She has never returned..(I must have been a bad baby) I'm so thankful that I had/have a caring & loving grandfather & his senior citizen friends that help raise me.
All of my BeachBum friends were raised by a relative or their grandparents...It's strange how we all ended `up in the same Beach Village (Karma or something like that)..

I suggest that you find a friend that has a stick shift car & see if they will let you drive it...I'd let you drive the BeachBum GMC Van (lol) Or, you could sell one of your rides `if you really, really want a stick, or get a computer game with a stick shift ?...."Honor they Mother & Father" & be happy that you have both...2morrow is Mother's Day & I hope that you are good to your Mother...I'm sure she is only doing her `job as a mother & doesn't want you to get in over your head trying to keep `up 3 vehicles....

I've gone around asking if anyone would teach me stick and alot of people said yes but no one comes through on their offer. I am thankful i have what i have, but i think we all always want something else Have to see how things go
