$800-1200 a month,,,wtf, it's cheaper to buy a house!

 

trying to move into a house...the wife's best friend is currently living in her parents basement...parents are moving out, she gets the upstairs with her husband & we get the furnished basement. It will work if those bastards will find a job! What we will be paying there is cheaper than what we got now...

Excluding the pool....same day house service...own personal gym....will miss it.

 

Our currant 2br is 900 squar feet,1 bath, paying 950 where paying 870 befor we signed a 3mo lease so it gave us time to look and mover in june vs feb and not happy with the place at all,

The 1br in the same complex we are looking at are 800sf(ithink) and like 725 a mo

 

Chris it's down payment that is the hard part, that will be the next time we move

 

I want to share something with you all. Go live life, you do only live it once. Go out and have a good time, enjoy yourself. Live life to its fullest, live dont just be alive. I kind of wish i could go back a few years and do things differently, then maybe i'd be living life instead of just being alive, because what im doing now is not living.
