Welll ****! Just finished getting my CV axle put back into place and when im putting the ball joint back int it slips and POP no more dast cover. So now I have to replace the control arm. gonna replace the sway bar endlinke while Im down there as well. Just cant get the nut off the front of the control arm beacuse its parralel with the ground.... and im pretty sure I have to use a giant allen key as a backing wrench.

I got the Monte insides all cleaned up, windows, dash, carpet, seats, doors,, everything. Hasn't been that clean since last spring.
So, I went out and washed the outside as well, including a quick spin dry.
I changed a bulb. one of the fog lights. Need some more of the big push pins, 3 missing under front bumper.

While I was out there, went to change one of the fog lights on my wife's Grand Prix. The fixture comes out with a Philips screwdriver, from the front. Haven't seen that in years. Went to 2 stores who don't have the right bulb. it needs an 898.

I had a nice afternoon nap, now its Snowing! Again!!

Evening all. Red is all back togethor now with a new cv axle, control arm and sway bar links. Parts+ was about 7 hours, not counting breaks. I had to go to the store three times to get tools and parts. Overall im out around $200 which isnt bad considering I bought a torque wrench, axle nut set and breaker bar along with the parts I needed.
