Morning all trying to get the SS started battery drained at 9 volts and charging.
I left the key on at a car show last weekend and everything went down hill the car barley started the onstar was dead and the dic said charging problem and than just went away

 

Morning all. Well today is do nothing day. It's been a rough few days on a car note around here. But things are slowly getting taken care of. 1st ..the Chevelle's rear end is making a noise "howling" *&^% it, now what. Had a shop look at it. Said it would cost around $ 6 to 800.00. yeah right. Not in your life time pal! So I asked a friend of mine to ask his buddy to look at it. This weds I'll find out how much from him. Then Trying to get the M/C hood repainted and touch up on the rear bumper cover. Another $800.00. M/C comes 1st. I have to have that to get around. & to work. But like I said. It's taking a turn for the better. Since I don't need the Chevelle. Except to make noise and tear up the streets. . It can wait a week or so. The hood has a few stone chips & the bumper cover has a scratchs on it. Not sure where I got them from. Looks like the garage door came close to it. But I tried to mock it up with it. And it doesn't look like it's from that. What ever it takes to get it better then new. That should happen next monday morning. Should have it back by Thrusday. Today nothing but watch my grand daughter play softball. She has hit 2 homeruns in the last 6 games. . Ok gotta go. More later

 

Rick- loved watching the kiddies play ball. My son played for about 4 years then quit. I was disappointed. Off to the car show. Pics later today.

Good afternoon everyone! I'm going to a car show later, probably going to judge. I also have a car show tomorrow.

 

Just got home from Pittsburgh a little while ago. No transmission issues to report. Spent about 45 minutes thoroughly washing the Pace Car after the trip and then we had a surprise downpour. I guess if I take her to a cruise-in I'll be hitting a car wash on the way.

 

good afternoon...went to a local dealership to look at a 2006 Monte SS today. Wasn't interested in buying it but more interested in looking at all the aftermarket parts it had on it so i could make a list of stuff i needed for mine. It had a MPD ram air hood...lets just say i fell in love with that hood and want one now. And it had Magnaflow glass packs...wasn't a fan really it was way too loud at idle

 

It looks like the raid didn't hold off for Mike at the Phillies game... I was getting set to watch it, the line-ups were announced and first pitch was never thrown! Tarps on the field now....Rain Delay....

 

Just got home from the show. Amazing I got 10th place. Lots of nice rides. Check sights and sounds for show pics if interested. The Impala placed 18th.
