There is a very small system moving through Northern Michigan/Wisconsin bringing a good amount of snow ,as well as into Canada.
Current radar:
How about this cold! They are saying yesterday it's the coldest it's been in 7 years!
A slight warm up is on it's way, followed by another cold day most likely Tuesday for the northern half of the US.

From the looks of it we maybe in for one heck of another snow squall starting tonight into tomorrow here in Michigan..we could get anywhere from 6 to 10"s of fresh snow by sunday afternoon!
Gotta love it.... If you don't like the weather in Michigan..wait a minute it will change lol

Tho I have to work today, I am super-psyched for the NFL playoffs to start today. We got a pool going at work with the purse up to $200 - not bad. It is supposed to be crazy stupid cold in Green Bay for their game - a high of -5 F!!! That has to be so miserable for the fans in attendance. In 2010 I suffered thru a cold Daytona 500 that was slightly above freezing and we found that hell (or the opposite of that really). It's one thing running around and playing sports in that weather. But when you are subject to just sitting and watching it is impossible to stay warm. I just don't know how those folks are gonna live through that game. And they will be especially disappointed when Green Bay loses...

Looks like us Michiganders are right in the brunt of this weekend's winter storm's path. This comes just as we get cleared out from the New Years Day storm.
Forecasts through Monday have upped the snowfall totals for SE MI to 8-12" (on top of the 6-12" already on the ground from the New Years Day storm). Currently under a winter storm watch but that will be replaced by a winter storm warning 12 AM Sunday to 10 PM Sunday. Light snow starts 9 PM-midnight tonight and increases intensity Sunday; good possibility of receiving 1"/hr snowfall from this storm.

Morning everyone, took the wife to the pain clinic yesterday and they burnt out part of the nerves in her lower spine in an effort to help relief some pain from her degenerative disk disorder. So far she is in some pretty hefty pain, but I see she is moving a lot better despite the pain, so here's hoping this works. They have said it should give her approx 6 months of pain relief (fingers crossed)

Afternoon all, took what will probably be my last drive in the 97. Its starting to bog down while accelerating, so I'm parking it until I can sell it or scrap it. It is for sale, if anyone is interested or knows someone handy who might, let me know. I'll miss that car really, been a life changer
