it was pretty good. only bad thing from losing all the weight i have is i dont have a big appetite anymore...so i didnt eat alot

Yeah losing weight... lol I remember when I was in wrestling it was soo hard to cut down at the beginning of the season but by the end I could barely eat a cheeseburger and have one glass of water without feeling full.. but it was easy to get my eating ability back lol

i have lost 60 lbs of fat in about 9 months. so it has been alot of drastic changes for me. i am still loosing weight too but i think i might start lifting to gain a little more once i get to 185 or so

Congratz, that's a lot to lose. I weighed about 260 during football and wrestled at 215.. was pretty hard to get down but about half way through wrestling I dropped to 205 and didn't have any problem staying there. But now I'm back to 245.. really need to start working out. I pay too much to go here already you would think I would at least take advantage of the free services lol

thanks. i started at 255 last march. i still have some to lose once i get rid of all the belly i used to have then then i might start to lift...or start doing some boxing or something. thats why i thought 185 would be a good goal now. 10 more lbs from where im at now


you could always ride with me to lose some weight

I'll ride my Ninja you can ride your Bacchetta lol.. not sure i'd lose much weight though. I need to find a decent road bike

i just sold my old one. i put 2000 miles on it last year. it was a good bike. hope to put 4000k atleast on this year with my new one. you could ride by me if you wanted to go 18-20mph average


or maybe i will trade you for a day and ride your ninja around and you can borrow my bike

if you like biking you would love my bike after a few miles. it might be wierd but it is so comfortable. i think i will be able to ride 100 miles in a day easy this summer
