SGT. Did you find where that vacum line went to ?? Most likely behind the carb. Or maybe it was a line to the windshield squirters. ? let me know. Rick

Thanks for mentioning that. I'll check that in the morning. Can't believe I didn't think of that. It's almost certainly not engine related as once it warmed up she purred like a kitten and ran like a dream. So it may be one of those things.

 

Back again, had to sit downstairs and hang with my moms parakeet for a little while. I feel like the poor little bird needs someone to talk to sometimes, so I go and sit and talk to it and have a few beers...... It's cool I don't mind, that's why I bought another nice TV for down there.
