My trip to the Telegraph Cruise was cut short..

Lizzy (My wife) Wasnt feeling well, Tightness in her neck,ears and throat followed up by a headache... She had this feeling a few days ago..it was so bad I called 911! They came out and checked her out..I thought a possible heart attack.. But, They clearly said it wasn't.... after that for the next 5 days she was just fine.. However, Those same feelings returned! Yesterday and thru the night.. This morning she said she still has the headache... But she did manage to go to work today... I'm just not sure whats going on with her.... Has me a bit concerned...

I was planning on going to the cruise while shes at work... It rained over night and theres a possibility of more rain during the day today....
So, I'm not sure exactly what I'm going to do...Lizzy may end up comeing home early from work if she continues to feel so crappy...

Matt, Tad enjoy your show! I hope you have better weather at the Capital in lansing than we do here downriver!

I'm sorry to read about your wife `Lizzy's med problem I suggest that she go in for a complete check `up & tests. If you have a family doctor I would contact him/her ?, If you don't, I would search or contact people you might know that has a good doctor in the area of her problems...To me it's better to be safe, then sorry.

Please keep us updated and I wish you a Lizzy the best...
It's sad that Mother Nature is again raining on the fun for many...There will always be car shows & events, but there will not always `be a Lizzy, a you, or an I Now, that's not good...We must do everything we can do to take care of ourselves & those we love...

I finally got the OK to go back to work yesterday!



Thanks Rick! I'm glad he passed it quick! That's good to hear and very luck for him! Mine was to big to pass and i had a total of 4 surgeries! Bad experience for sure, but yes i am REALLY better!

Well this tropical storm is weakening! It can strengthen again at any time but peak winds are only 40mph now! Space so far so good!

Heres the kicker... as a diabetic (Type1) she goes to her doctor every 3 months and the do a complete work up on her... She also has a regular doctor that she recently visited and yet found nothing wrong...
Me personally ... I think its stress! She works at a major casino here in Detroit... I'm not sure exactly whats going on... But I have a good idea...
Despite management knowing whats going on..It seems they refuse to do anything about it for fear of bad publicity!... I think you possibly get the idea... (She is the Minority amongst her co-workers)...

Of course she had yesterday off... and was fine...til reality set in that she had to go back to work today!

 

Morning everyone well another rainy weekend are we ever going to get a sunny weekend? Well if you have one get out and enjoy it!!

 

Morning all, glorious morning for a drive. Currently in Thornwood, NY to meet up with some friends for breakfast. Driving feels extra euphoric today, no idea why but im enjoying myself. I recently started taking fish oil as recommended by my doctor and after some searching i see it can aid depression, took it in the morning today instead of before bed, maybe its having an effect. Either way good day to all!

Dave, best of luck to your wife, i know all too well about diabetes as alot of family members have it including my mom. Maybe it is stress related and she just needs to relax

If it's work related & her company is causing the problem(s), I would consult with an attorney & with your doctors if they believe her medical problem is work related 4-Sure...I wish you & Lizzy a solution to this major problem...Good Luck 4-Sure

I've heard that fish oil is good (it's in my multiple vitamins) I also heard that fish oil can be bad `if you take to much) I suggest checking with your doc & doing research
