I noticed my car being brought up in a conversation (on a bimmer forum) so I've been looking around for who's talking about my Carla...lol...Some dumb guy was putting my car down and he had his facts all wrong. Wrong car even...LOL. He was talking about another Monte....

 

Im guessing you still own it yet? How are all of the mods you've done to it holding up?

I was very tempted to paint my brake calipers different colors

 

Mac, the Rytek Monte is a GREAT car! I remember seeing it in a magazine, Super Chevy???

 

Yeah I still own her. The mods have held up well but I don’t really have anything too extreme. However, she is down right now as I plan for a trans rebuild this week.
Thank you, yes it was the Super Chevy article in my sig. I have added a few things since them, well a bunch of stuff actually. MPD hood w/ working plenum, new sounds, TB, PCM, New lights, trunk mat - and the list goes on…..

 

Looks like it has a carbon fiber dash/door kit, along with the steering wheel? Looks nice, but I only saw 1 interior pic and sunlight was drowning alot of the details out.

Yes, some people like the carbon fiber interior and painted center console and door sills; I’ll post pics this weekend.
