Default RocknSS & LadyT's search for a new residence.

I thought some of you might be interested in a few of the properties we are looking at, or will be at least. We hope to be looking at a few Sunday. We have 3 dogs & 4 cars, so we need a little room.
Tell me what you think:

3 Bed, 1 Bath | 1,169 Sq Ft on 4.5 Acres, $69,900.

Foreclosure: 3 Bed, 3 Bath | 1,536 Sq Ft on 7 Acres, $94,900

Barn is 48 x 64!

3 Bed, 1 Bath | 2,320 Sq Ft on 3.5 Acres, 4 car garage, $109,900

I'm REAL interested in the above, but it' kinda out of the way.

I'll post others, but this is a start.

Awesome to see! I too am looking at a house by me...seeing the price difference in location kinda makes me sickkkkk to see lol you get so much more for so much less, but I guess that's the price you pay for living in the big City!

Good luck on your search keep the pics coming it's always nice to see what's available across the U.S. Best of luck on your search!

Nice looking properties. I'm digging the top one as a "fixer upper" and the big barn with the 7 acres. Good luck on your search.

I like the 3br 3 bath seems like a nice house with a nice garage. good price too gotta love michigan real estate. Just remember paint and flooring can be easily changed and make a big difference. Try and look past someones bad decoration choices and see the potential underneath. Even if it has a neon green living room with peace sign border like mine did.

Great start Mod `Wayne

I'd be happy with just the three car garage : )
I would live in one of them & constantly
be with my machine : )
Good Luck `Wayne on finding the right one for you.

I like the foreclosure one with the 7 acres. Lots of room for future needs, future recreation additions (pool for example), and letting pets just run and have fun. You also have room to build a dream garage.

Wayne, I'd go for the property with the barn.

There's a small (Very small) farm up the road that wer up for sale last month. It's 59 acres, the house is very small and they want $349,000 for this place.
