I knew he was sick for awhile but he always there to put on all of the important launches and press conferences. To me he was a very strong and incredible man.

I pretty much stayed up and watched Nightline and CNN about how much he made an impact on the world. There were people showing up at Apple stores holding vigils which was pretty incredible.

He really was a great guy. He was a pioneer in his field. He had a tremendous work ethic, working up until just weeks before the cancer was too much for him. He wasn't greedy..Did you guys know that he worked for $1 a year?!?!? It's crazy. He'll be missed by many, I'm sure..

Okay. I'm honestly not THAT sad. Yes he was a good smart man, but at the same time he never listened to the public and their wants. He only created products that he wanted and through clever marketing changed the public's minds.
Besides, he has already stepped down, Apple isn't changing, the change was already made. He was just simply a face on the product now. He was like the Colonel for KFC.
I wonder how many people will now get the iphone 4s just because they are "sad".
