I saw that on the ticker on one of the sports channels. He was one of the greats of the 80's.

This news made me real sad.
I grew up watching up watching WWF (now crappy WWE)... I miss those days.
Bring back The Nation, D Generation X, Austin etc. and they'll have one more viewer

I think I know what you mean Jose. But DX was brought back twice in recent years. They just didn't have the same effect anymore. The original DX worked during the monday night wars. But when they were re-united in recent years, it was just Triple H and Shawn Michaels. And with Shawn's religious faith, and WWE's new PG-rated programming, it prevented them from doing a lot of the more outrageous stuff they did in the 90's. Besides, DX had nothing to really rebel against.

I agree WWE needs to start using today's wrestlers the same way they did in the 80's and 90's. When there was big competition driving the need to be more spectacular than the other guy. Having a PG-rated wrestling program, is ridiculous.

Default macho man

I use to be a big fan of "The Macho Man" back in the Glory days of WWF.
Just two weeks ago, we were looking him up and saw that he just got married and looks completely ( looked completely ) different now.
He was one of the greatest !
