Ok heres a monte carlo question for you all.

What was the strangest (and probably least common) engine ever offered in the monte through out it's life?

A. 400 ci V8

B. 3.4 V6

C. 350 Diesel

D. 350 ci V8

Definitely "C", but the 1981 231cu.in. "Turbo" Monte deserves honorable mentions.

From 1982-1984 there were 168 350 c.i. diesel Montes built. They also put some 260 c.i. V6 diesels in during the same time period.

AND 1984 was also the last year the diesel option was available for the Monte Carlo.
