Default Problems starting Blog

I keep having problems starting the members blog. I keep getting the following message.
"The text that you have entered is too long (25053 characters). Please shorten it to 25000 characters long"
All I am doing is copying the previous days blog front page. After a few tries today it finally worked. Then I realized I left off the Members blog prefix. Now it will not let me edit the post, I keep getting the same message. What am I doing wrong?

You are doing nothing wrong Tommy. It does that to me a lot. Just go back to a previous blog date and copy that text if the first one you use gives you that error message. It is a matter of the browser adding spaces on its own and making the post too many characters long.

I always hit the quote button on the original post, then copy/paste everything and just remove the quote brackets. Never had an issue.
