I just got a call a few minutes ago from my Niece. My Mom is being transfered from a small regional hospital in northern MI to Bay Medical Center in Midland MI, a larger facility an hour south of her. She is 90, and a CAT scan indicates her brain is bleeding. They have thought she has been having seizures but I believe she has been having mini-strokes, on top of her alzheimer's disease. She is a STRONG Christian woman, and has been sick for years. This may sound wrong, but I pray, and am asking for prayers, that my Mom's suffering end. Like a patient with cancer, it gets to a point that you just don't want them to suffer any more. She has had a GREAT and long life.

PLEASE Lord, take my Mom home to be with You and the rest of her family, and let her suffering end in peace, or heal her from her seizures and stop her brain from it's bleeding.

Nobody know the Lord's plan. But hopefully He ends her suffering very soon. And welcomes her into His arms when the time is right.

i remember you'd posted some pics of your parents a couple months ago (mother's day was it?), she looks like such a sweet lady, i hope an end to her suffering is in sight.

I hope for your mom's sake that she does not suffer anymore. Its always great to hear about people living as long as your mom has, but I just hope she doesnt suffer any longer.
