Yeah man, stick with it. I was 220 and now at 202 on my way to 190. It ain't easy, as I'm sure you can attest. Getting it off the midsection is the hardest! As the weather warms up though, getting outside & exercising more will definitely help! Good luck and let us know how it goes!
