Default Pontiac G8

In a couple years when i get out of college and move out with my girlfriend. I am thinking about getting the New PONTIAC G8. I think its a wonderful car and has some serious speed. I think whats makes this car so cool is for car guys like me but have that family it works great cause its like a GTO or corvette but its a 4 door sedan. and its got that 6.2L in it with 415 horse, stock

Just wondering what others thought about it.

I plan on keepin my monte to and make it an even better car than it is already.

Im really loving the g8, and I just cant understand how people can buy an accord over it for the same price, with half the hp!!!![&:] Id say go with that, or look for a used 04-05 cts-v.

The CTS-V won't have the reliability of the Pontiac. Comfort and toys, yes, but the repair bills will kill you! The Pontiac won't have the reliability of an Accord or Camry. Nor the gas milage. But then, they don't have that 415 HP either! Styling wise, they pretty much all look the same, but if the G8 is made in the States, go for it.

Thats all very true! So have you test driven one yet?? I talked to a service manager the other day and he says they feel huge but the power is enormous, before he knew it he was going 90 haha.

Glad they dropped the GTO nameplate and went with the G8 one.

Can't wait for them to bring the GTO back properly.

G8 or a GTO, hmmmmm. I love the new G8 but would take a GTO, just because its a coupe. But like you said people w/ families definetly want the 4 doors. Im thinkin of gettin a GTO after my monte is paid off, i want that big V8 burnin the tires,, errrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr, then the lights start flashin behind me lol. Either way i dont think you can go wrong.

nice car, actually road and track or something had a showdown between the g8 and a new charger... the g8 was better overall for performance to price. not a bad car!

The Pontiac G-8 is not made in the States.......

The GTO when it came back was not made in the states......

These cars are made in Australia (SP) by GM
