Default picked up a new camera today

amy's old camera took a drink back in july, i got it working to only discover one of the gears bit the dust... probably when she droped it.... so got a sony cyber-shot dsc-w530 14.1 megapixels today.

figures it would be a good replacement for her old 5.0 megapixl cyber shot

got it+memory card+carrying case+ 3-6 in tripod+ and a 3 year replacment deal for less than $150..
o and good bye x-mass bonus

Nice camera. You can get a nice camera for such a low price because they expect you to buy a new one every year or two. They make them better and and more advanced every time. I remember my mom having the same film camera for 10 years.

She had her old 5.0 for probably 6 years now I'd say it was a good run and almost tripple the pxls! And now a 4 gig card instead of a 1 gig granted with the larger format it will probably equate to about the same pics, I figure for just point. And shoot daily use I may drop it down lower when I want good good point and shoot bump it back up
