I had a Kansas plate ( In the '80s) on my old '85 SS that said "MrMonte"

Miss that!

How did you guys figure out if the plates were taken?!? I wanted to check to see if SPIN3M was taken (which apparently it was) but I didn't know how

Here in Indiana, youare suppose to be able to do it online but it doesnt work, I just took a list with me of possibles to the license branch. They should arrive in about 2 weeks they said.

In IL there internet ordering works great and it's so easy to check to see if your choice is taken - that's how I got my RT 66 plates I have on my 05.
