That one has made the rounds on the internet for quite a while. From what I've read on it, it is a concept car that was built in the late 90's. Before the 2000 model year Monte's came off the assembly line. If I remember correctly, it has no VIN # and is not street legal. Which really limits it's uses to a show car. Which I suppose is why it seems to be constantly for sale.

 

I figured it had been spotted before but some of us newbies, its new sightings.

 

I'm glad you re-posted it. I like the car actually. I wish I owned it. I would have tons of fun with it.

 

I like it besides the spoiler that goes around the third brake light and not too interested in the front lower lip
