I have a 2000 black Monte Carlo with stock hubcaps. They are the 14 spokes alternating spokes. The finish is peeling off of them. Just wondering how hard it would be to sand them and refinish them with black spray paint and then clear coat. Been looking for some black bolt on hubcaps but I have found none I like. Is it worth the trouble? Or anyone have a set of black hubcaps for 16 inch Monte Carlo willing to sell? Lol

 

Those particular hub caps would be a challenge to do just because of the amount of spokes you have to deal with.
You may want to check out ebay for a hub cap, try the search (OEM impala 16 inch) see what happens there maybe something there you might find interesting. Good Luck
