Good morning everyone! It is Autom or Fall the leaves are changing and winter is going to be coming too. Scary !!! today is October 3rd thought I would try and start a new Members Blog.

Hockey is back! Red Wings won their home opener 4-3 vs. Dallas last night and improve to 2-0-0. Anthony Mantha was on a roll and scored all 4 of the Wings goals including the winning goal with less than a minute left in the game



October 1 last week we hit 89 degrees up here which was a new record for us as well, and then we dipped 30 degrees in 24 hours. This week is suppose to be all in the 60s and 70s with nice weather and then tanking into the 50s this coming weekend.

39 degrees when I stepped out this morning , got my Tim Hortons coffee so we're good to go! Suppose to go up to a high of 67 today.

Airbnb is doing a limited promotion to celebrate the 150th anniv. of college football. Two people can book a one night stay in the Blimp, in its hangar in Mogadore, Ohio, Oct. 22, 23 and 24 for $150/night. The Blimp will then be back to work for aerial footage of the Notre Dame vs. Michigan game in Ann Arbor on October 26. The guests who stayed overnight will also get tickets to that game. Growing up in the Ann Arbor area I always saw the Blimp docked at Ann Arbor Municipal Airport for the Michigan home games.

Another nice, mild day today. Close to 40 degrees this morning, going up to 68. Wings lost to Anaheim 1-3 last night and are now 2-1-0.

I'm trying to get as much outdoor stuff done around the house before it gets too cold. Last night I got our mailbox post painted and the upper front entry window trim painted. I had to move the Monte out to get to my extension ladder and grabbed a few quick shots while it was sitting on the driveway.

In the 40s this morning but suppose to hit 70 today! These are the days of 'seat heater in the morning and sweat in the afternoon'.

Rolling some more miles and smiles on the car before winter. This year is the most miles I've put on the car in four years. Took it out for about a 25 mile drive last night on the back roads and grabbed some more pics!

 

Well it is staying cooler last weekend was my last carshow. this one was at the Seward Co. Historical Society there 33rd annual. Last year it rained to much and I didn't go. This one was kind of fun as they have at the location a 5 acre layout of the place with several steam trains which they had out for free rides. I was in a class with a Firehawk Pontiac. The was a show that you voted on the cars as an entrant. Here a re a few photo's I got a trophy says class winner. Cool

Holy shet it's been a minuate. How everyone doing,

man it's the 16th and only 8 posts in here, I remeber the days of having 100+ in a single daily blog.

Figured I'd check in on things it's been a while, life is busy as all get out, finally taking a few days away from work to take a mini vacation with the family to PA to pick up jack's new race car and my new golf cart

 

I here ya only the old reliable usually is on this members blog monthly. everyone of the new folks are only interested in getting the car fixed, they are desperate for help but they are reluctant to show any interest after it is fixed. Occasionally I see some one pull up an antique post from 10 years ago or more and respond to that.? glad you are still doing well.
